CURRICULAR OBJECTIVES

• Develop transferable skills in critical & compassionate thinking, research, communication and self-management.

• Ensure that both the faculty and the curriculum take into account individual learning styles, needs and levels of ability of the diverse student body in both instruction and assessment.

•  Provide for and promote the development of physical health, intellect, ethics and social behaviour.

•  Instill within students the idea of lifelong learning.

•  Cultivate each student's appreciation of human ingenuity and expression through their involvement in creative and inventive activities.

•  Promote respect for the rights of all people.

• Promote an understanding and appreciation of local, national and global environments.

•  Promote the use and role of appropriate technology throughout the school.

SUPPORTING OBJECTIVES

• Provide an environment where students feel secure and welcome, and facilitates the education of our students.

• Provide effective support services for special educational needs and non-native speakers of English (Language of Instruction).

• Enable a student to enter other educational primary or secondary level institutions and prepare students for entry to institutions of tertiary level education and provide appropriate careers guidance.

• Maintain an international diversity in the student body and staff.

• Maintain a suitably qualified faculty.

• Provide opportunities for parental involvement in support of the school and their own child's education.

• Communicate effectively with all members of the school community.

• Ensure that the whole school is accredited by recognised international institutions.
