The course aims are to encourage and develop the ability to-
- Provide a worthwhile knowledge of Chemistry through experimental and practical
activities.
- Learn skills that are relevant to the study and practice of Chemistry.
- Understand how Chemistry is used in the everyday world including its beneficial and
detrimental affects on people, the community and the environment.
- Undertake chemical investigations in an efficient and safe manner, giving due
attention to the accuracy of the work being completed.
