May 6 - May Fest 2007 Celebrated in the Primary School
Traditional 7th May Fest was celebrated on the Primary School campus on the 6th of May, Sunday. Despite the rain, the participation was quite high. More than 20 countries set up stands and served delicious national foods. They added colour to the festivel by displaying their unique cultural elements. In addition to the food stall, there were about 20 games for children and adults to enjoy their time. The winners of each game were awarded certificates at the end of the day. The money collected in the festival was donated to charity organizations in Tashkent. The festival was a great opportunity for parents and the school staff to come together and to develop a closer realtionship with one another. We thank to our dearest parents, students, and teachers for their invaluable efforts and contributions to this event.

May 5 - Year 11 Class Picnic
Year 11 students organized a picnic under the supervision of their class teacher Mr.Reyhan Yildirim on Saturday, 5th of May. Dilfuza one of the students of Year 11 offered to spend the day in her Summer House located in “Tash” lake. Teachers like: Mr.Reyhan, Mr. Abdullah Jr., Mr. David with his family, Mr. Yunus, Mr. Feyzullah, Mr. David Boyle, Mr. Sinan, Mr. Murat, Mr. Erdal managed to attend and enjoyed a day with Year 11 students. A day before the picnic, some students gathered and shopped for grocerries. It took about 45-50 minutes to get to the “Tash” lake from Secondary school. The Summer House was very big and wonderful. It had an access to the “Tash Lake” a big and comfortable swimming-pool, table tennis, etc., therefore, nobody got bored. Everyone lend a hand in setting the table. Rustam prepared a delicious salad by himself. Unfortunately, Mr. Abdullah Fistik could not enjoy the whole day with Year 11 students, but he managed to take time out of his busy schedule to come to the picnic. Girls and boys, enjoyed swimming in a swimming-pool, especially the latter, because one of the teachers Mr. David Buckingham played “water polo” with them. After a lot of swimming, everybody was extremely exhausted & hungry, so they ate the food prepared by the chief with a great zeal. The Year 11 students owe a big gratitude to Dilfuza & her parents for letting them use their summer house and the transportation provided by the teachers. Last but the not the least, this was far most one of the best picnics that ever happened and it will defiantly be remembered.
