TUIS is aware that the most important influence on your child in school is the teacher. To this end, we seek to employ the highest calibre of professional. Qualifications and experience are important and we place considerable stress on these. However, we realise that a successful teacher needs to have the right personal qualities too: dedication, a desire to communicate knowledge, and a sense of responsibility for those under their guidance. We are proud of our teachers and feel that they make the school the wonderful place it is.
All academic staff at TUIS holds at least a bachelor degree in teaching and they are UK and/or US -certified. Currently, TUIS recruits teachers from many different countries, e.g. the UK , Australia , the US , Turkey , India, and New Zealand . Our staff is always out there to provide your children with the education beyond your expectations.There is a great diversity in the staff, in their backgrounds, interests and enthusiasms. Crucially, the mixture is a success and produces a vibrant and cosmopolitan atmosphere that pervades the whole building.
