Brief Personal Biography |
I am from a small pretty city called AfyonKarahisar (Black Fortress of Opium) within the western region of Turkey. I grew up in Afyonkarahisar as the youngest child in my family. I moved to Istanbul in 2000 for my higher education. I have had my first teaching experience in an American Academy (Robert College), where I had my teaching training in 2004. Having received my teaching credentials the same year, I was offered a teaching position as an ESL teacher here at TUIS. Since then, I have been living in Tashkent and pretending that I speak Russian:). I am delighted to be a member of TUIS coomunity. I love acting, swimming, any kind of outdoor adventures, and like many other Turks, British football or American soccer:) |
